Very very dissapointed this evening. We are regular customers at this chinese, the food is lovely, we have no complaints about the food but the service is terrible. We placed our usual order and when I went in to collect it, the lady told me she had given our order to someone else which I was extremely annoyed about and I wasnt ordering again, driving home with my kids food from Apache and coming back to the chinese again wasting time and energy. It would help if you put peoples names on their orders instead of asking people for their phone number for their order and basic errors like this doesn't happen, it isn't good enough. My advice to anyone getting a takeaway here is to make sure your order is right before you leave, so you don't get home and its wrong!

They got my order all wrong, by the time I got home it wasn't worth ringing up. Very surprised at their definitions of some recipes having lived with a Chinese lady for a number of years, and having real home cooked Chinese food. Not the best at all. To be honest I think a lot of things are bought in, from German supermarkets, then cooked. Shame, as I like to support local business, but I don't think I will be supportive of this business again. Overpriced for what it is. Not great quality. And definitely not a great ambassador for Chinese cuisine. I gave one star for food, service, and atmosphere...should have been minus stars.
I love Chinese food, but not from here.
Collected my order last night, was nearly home when the phone rang... They've forgotten to put my chips in the order, can I come back? Er no! That means I've got to turn around, get back to ballyhaunis, find somewhere to park... Get my chips and get back home... By then the rest of my order would be cold... I wouldn't mind so much if it was a one off.... But it's the 3rd time this has happened and it's not really good enough
